@jbalsle haha I was ... @jbalsle haha I was born and raised in colorado, for my first 14 years, until my dads job brought him to louisiana. Where I live now. I love the Rockies, and the swamp. They both? have their ups, and downs.
A great place to be ... A great place to be to collect your thoughts? and make friends with the animals...If you are with them long enough, they'll know you won't be a threat and peace can be made among them to where you'll be able to pet them...Wolves would be the the first to come.
My grandparents ... My grandparents took me to the Rocky's of Colorado every summer for a couple weeks for the first 15 years of my life. Everytime we would arrive to the mountains my grandfather would put this song on the radio..When I listen to this song, it takes me back to the beauty of the mountains? in Colorado and my heart aches.. I miss it so much. I am determined to return there again and continue the tradition of camping there in the summers with my future husband and family. I can't wait!! : )
I left Colorado ... I left Colorado when I was a year old. Grew up in Louisiana, and always felt like I didn't belong. In 1999, my aunt and uncle invited me back to Colorado. For me, I was born in the winter of my 27th year. I was forced to return? to the place that I grew up in, knowing where I should have been. The Creator works in mysterious ways, though, as I would meet my future wife a year later. We would return in 2003. And in the spring of her 25th year...she was born again as well. Thanks, John Denver.
I LOVE Colorado! I ... I LOVE Colorado! I go there every summer for a couple of weeks, and it's really the best time of my life when I'm down there. I have a cabin? on the side of a mountain, roughly forty minutes away from Estes Park. Everything's just beautiful.

I have never been ... I have never been up? in the Rockies, but I have been up and through the Appalachians. This song holds true, to breathe pure untainted air and view pure unspoiled land, is truly to be born again.
I would love to go ... I would love to go to Colorado someday and visit.. I'm sure? it is breath taking beautiful... Great song from John Denver one of my favorites of his.. thanks for posting this great song and lovely video.. God Bless..
When music was ... When music was music. Being a 16? year old I loose all respect for this generation. I'm just so happy my mother raised me with amazing taste in music. I would never want to be those ignorant kids at my school that think "Wiz Khalifa" is music. It just makes me so sad. Thanks mom for teaching me what music actually is.
You can get the ... You can get the same feeling in Maine or New Hampshire.
As long as you get that chance to see an Eagle fly. Bad? lands of Dakota, Rocky or White Mountain's makes no difference.

I'll be with you ... I'll be with you soon, john....I love the wilderness and my? animals...Later brother.
Coming home to a ... Coming home to a place he'd never been before.
For me, it was the Florida Keys, rather than the mountains of Colorado, but the sentiment is the? exact same.
